Beta support
For beta support, contact support@asperia.app. Include your account email, approximate time of the issue, and the page, import, document, or workout you were using. Do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth secrets, recovery codes, or private provider credentials.
Health concerns
IronCoach support cannot provide medical advice or emergency help. Urgent symptoms, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, acute injury, or other concerning events should be handled through local emergency or qualified medical care.
Privacy requests
Use the account page for self-service export and deletion after recent sign-in. For access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, opposition, or Mexico ARCO requests that are not available in-product, contact privacy@asperia.app.
Vulnerability reports
Report suspected security issues to security@asperia.app with reproduction steps and impact. Do not access another user's data, run destructive tests, or disclose a vulnerability publicly before IronCoach has had time to investigate.
Breach notices
If you believe your account or data was exposed, report it promptly. IronCoach will triage the incident under its security process and assess FTC Health Breach Notification Rule, US state, and Mexico notification obligations where applicable.
