Paid public access
Asperia is a paid subscription product for adults age 18 or older in launch markets approved for public availability. Access starts through Stripe Checkout with a card-collected trial when offered. It is not available to minors. Mexico users must provide express sensitive personal data consent where applicable.
Not medical care
Asperia provides endurance coaching education and planning support. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease, replace qualified medical care, monitor emergencies, or provide clinician oversight. Seek qualified medical care for symptoms, injury, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, acute pain, or any urgent concern.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether to follow a workout, stop a session, seek professional advice, and use safe conditions and equipment. Do not use Asperia if you are not medically cleared for exercise where clearance is appropriate.
Plans are drafts
Generated plans and adjustments are drafts until you accept them. Injury-sensitive changes, health-risk decisions, and substantial load increases should be reviewed carefully and escalated to qualified care when needed.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions, trials, payment methods, invoices, cancellations, and plan changes are managed through Stripe-hosted Checkout and Customer Portal flows. You can cancel through the billing portal. Refunds, credits, taxes, and charge issues are handled under the published support policy and applicable law.
Your data
You must only upload or connect data you have the right to use. Do not upload another person's health data. Privacy export and deletion controls are available from the account page after recent sign-in.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user's data, upload malware, attack the service, scrape private data, or use generated guidance for medical, emergency, employment, insurance, or legal determinations.
Connected providers
Provider imports are read-only unless clearly stated otherwise. Disconnecting a provider removes local authorization tokens where supported, but provider-side data remains subject to that provider's own terms and controls.
Availability and changes
Asperia may change, pause, lose features, or end. Asperia may remove unsafe content, suspend accounts that create security, payment, or safety risk, and update these terms before continued access.
